Collaborate with a team of colleagues at AT&T to boost NPS, improve email acquisition, and reduce churn by providing a timely and simple reminder for customers to enroll in autopay and paperless billing.

OUTCOME
Significant billing cost savings per month. Improved email validation and acquisition to boost NPS and reduce churn.
